"I had a great time at the cooking class. I have already made one of the dishes (Soba Noodles with Sesame Ginger Sauce) which was so easy and got some rave reviews! What I liked most about the class was the way you dispelled some of the mysteries of getting around the kitchen. Your tips were very helpful. You provided clear instruction and let us learn by doing. I will definitely be looking to add to my culinary repertoire by attending more of your classes!"
