Holly Mendenhall: Chef and Owner of Unfussy Food

Chef Holly Mendenhall brings a great deal of care, time and expertise to choosing and preparing your food. Her philosophy of cooking is influenced by her family history, which includes several generations of mid-western farmers. Ingrained in her heritage is an understanding that simple, comforting, homegrown food is one of the basics of health and happiness.

Chef Holly has worked in the food and nutritional fields for more than ten years. In 2001 she honed her culinary skills at New York City's Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. As a personal chef she draws on her experience in restaurants, catering and teaching. In response to an increasing demand for simple, convenient, health-supportive meals for busy people, Unfussy Food was born in 2004.
